CMH Financial Assistance Program is designed to assist qualifying patients in fulfilling their financial obligation. We understand that medical bills can often be unexpected and difficult to pay. A Financial Assistance Application is available to all patients with a current balance or upcoming scheduled services. This assistance will apply to any balance remaining after insurance or other responsible parties have been exhausted including local, state, government or private programs. If qualified you may receive free or discounted services.
