Extended Care Services

Need help with setting up your medications? Taking a shower? Are you caring for a loved one and could use some help? If you answered yes to any of these questions we have just what the Dr. ordered!! Community Memorial Hospital offers our Extended Care Services to clients in Otoe and surrounding counties. Our caring RN’s, LPN’s and Home Health Aides will assist you with services such as medication set up, bathing, and toenail cares to name a few. This program is designed for clients that don’t qualify for medicare skilled services. Our team is dedicated to providing you or your loved one with what it takes to remain safely at home.
