The Emergency Department (ED) at Community Memorial Hospital is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with professional medical and nursing staff. Community Memorial Hospital has been certified by the State of Nebraska as a Level Four Trauma Center; all physicians and Registered Nurses staffing the ED have received special education in the care of trauma patients, and our multidisciplinary team of professionals work together to provide the best care for patients who have experienced traumatic injuries. CMH works closely with the Level Two Trauma Team at BryanLGH West through Region II of the Nebraska State Trauma System and with several local Emergency Medical Service providers to continually improve the quality of care we provide to trauma patients.
